Y hay muchos otros quiénes se encuentran perdi-dos, buscando a alguien o algo para darle sentido a sus vidas. Se nos ha encomendado a traves de nuestros bautismos y confirmaciones así como por la Santa Eucaristía el traer las buenas noticias de Jesucristo y su amor salvador a todos a quienes encontremos. Para ser agentes de la evangelización debemos mover la llama del mensaje del Evangelio y el amor de Cristo en nuestros propios corazones de tal modo que no sólo crezcamos en nuestra propia fe, si no tambien que invitemos a otros a oír otra vez,o tal vez por primera vez, la invitación de Jesús – “Ven y sigueme.” Nosotros, que hemos recibi-do la Buena Nueva y quiénes hemos sido reunidos por ello en la comunidad de salvación podemos y debemos comuni-carlo y extenderlo a otros. Para ser discípulos ver-daderos del Señor, los creyentes deben atestiguar su fe, y los testigos declaran no sólo con palabras sino también con sus vidas. Con el testimonio de nuestras vidas invitamos a otros a venir a conocer a Jesús como el camino, la verdad y la vida. El Consejo Vaticano II declaró en el Lumen Gentium: “la iglesia ha recibido este mandato solemne de Cristo para proc-lamar la verdad salvadora de los apóstoles y debe llevarlo a los confines de la tierra.” La resolución de Año Nuevo para la Iglesia de Santa Rosa es tomar en serio nuestro pa-pel de evangelizadores y traer a Cristo ,su verdad y su amor a la gente en nuestra área.
